You can relax under an old olive tree and real palm trees. A parking space is reserved for you. The space The design and furnishing of our holiday apartments are very important to us. We keep the apartments in good condition and regularly replace items. We enjoy staying in holiday apartments ourselves and like to feel at home. For you as a guest, this means that all the little practical touches are provided, ensuring you have everything you need and can fully enjoy your stay. We have completely renovated the apartment, inside and out. The bathroom has been completely renovated and redesigned. A new, larger kitchen with many new appliances has been installed. New beds with new slatted frames and mattresses have also been added. The terrace has been renovated and newly furnished. We take great care to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in the apartment and that everything is in excellent condition. Items are regularly replaced as needed. The living/sleeping area features a sofa (sofa bed), an armchair, a coffee table, and two single beds. Amenities include a Sony Bravia 4K TV (43-inch), Google TV, satellite TV, a PlayStation 5 with games, a radio, DAB+ internet radio, a Blu-ray player, and a telephone. The new, spacious, and bright kitchen has a dining table for four and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave with grill, large refrigerator/freezer, filter coffee machine, and a Tasimo capsule coffee machine. The new bathroom has a window, a rain shower, a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, an ironing board, and an iron. Cyclists welcome. Pets are welcome upon request. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity, heating, water, high-speed internet access (fiber optic 1000), washing machine, dryer, a reserved parking space on the property, final cleaning, and VAT are included. There is no tourist tax in Bad Honnef. As of April 1, 2026, the city of Bad Honnef has introduced a bed tax of 5% on the rental price for all guests. This tax must be collected from guests and remitted to the city of Bad Honnef. The bed tax is included in our total price and is shown under the "Taxes" section. We also rent out a second, larger holiday apartment in the same building: the "Olivenblick" apartment, which can be booked with 1-3 bedrooms. Check-in and check-out are possible without personal contact (key safe). The garden is private and not included in the rental. You have your own furnished sun terrace with an awning. Quiet yet centrally located. A 10-minute walk to the town center, pedestrian zone, market square, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, light rail, and the Rhine island with boat docks, outdoor swimming pool, beer garden, sports facilities, and a large children's playground. A 2-minute walk to a supermarket, snack bars, pharmacy, doctors, and bank.
