Villa Darius, a luxury 200 sqm pool villa is situated in the southern part of Paros, between Aliki, a vibrant coastal village, and Faragas beach. A beautiful private pool sits in the middle of a huge green garden equipped with sunbeds. An outdoor dining area adjoins the living room. And on the second level, a massive balcony, facing south, overlooks the Aegean Sea. The outdoors at Villa Darius can be enjoyed in many ways, providing unforgettable experiences for the whole family. The space On the ground floor, the inviting living room enjoys refreshing garden and sea views. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and congenial meals can be shared either indoors or outdoors. On the same level, there is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and sea views and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate guest WC. On the second level, two bright bedrooms have direct access to a large roof terrace with stunning sea views. The firs bedroom has an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi and there is a separate shower bathroom for the second bedroom. The villa is easy to find and an excellent base to access some of Paros nicest beaches and discover our beautiful island. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool and outdoor areas are completely private. There is a car-park for 2 cars. Other things to note Unlike most other properties in Paros, our price is all inclusive, in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Cleaning, electricity, WIFI are all included. Children and infants are welcome, and a baby cot and a baby chair are available upon request. We provide daily maid service, with change of towels (bathroom and pool) and bed linen every 2 days. For your comfort, you will also find at the villa: a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel.
