Dreams in the countryside - feel at home.

My cozy large house can accommodate 8 to max. 11 overnight guests. There are 2 private bathrooms available for these 4 guest rooms, each with a shower and toilet. The park-like garden with several seats can be used in summer. In the town of about 500 inhabitants, you will find peace and quiet. The space Several cozy bedrooms (2 x 2) people, 1 x 1 person as well as a large apartment (studio) can be used under the roof for up to 5 people), can be booked. Bright, light-filled bedrooms, comfortably furnished. When sleeping, see the stars...., at the same height as the birds in the treetops..., enjoy peace and coziness. On request, the kitchen can be used by prior arrangement (for a fee). Parking is possible on premises or in my garage. Wifi available, Internet with < 50,000 mbts arriving here. Mobile reception possible only with D1. In the studio, TV can be received via SATELLITE antenna. Garden use with a small garden hut. (can only be used in summer), cozy sitting area recessed in the meadow. Located in a wooded valley in the northernmost tip of Rhineland-Palatinate. Motorways and train stations are about 10 to 30 minutes away. A bus runs several times a day. Hiking trails are directly from the house. There are no more shops:-/ but again a restaurant that offers simple food and often live music on Saturdays. In the house, a water-enhancing system according to "Ruth and Johann" is installed and the drinking water is filtered, cleaned and vitalized with the Arctic spring. Original purity, vital life force, energy and harmony - unique water quality. Everything else is available on request. I'm a naturopath, I've closed my practice at the end of 2021.
