The stairs to the basement are steeper than average and may not be suitable for all guests. • Front Steps: The stairs leading to the front door are also considered steep by some guests. An alternative entrance from the driveway leads directly into the basement level. • Extra Guest Fee: The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra laundry and cleaning. • Quiet Home: This is a peaceful residential space intended for relaxing stays. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Pet-Free Home: To maintain an allergy-friendly environment, pets are not allowed. • Propane Heat and Hot Water: The home uses efficient propane systems. Occasionally you may notice a faint smell near the water heater or furnace; this is normal. Propane may also vent safely outside the home. Base rate includes up to 3 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🧻🚽Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets - do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or even 'flushable' wipes as they will damage the septic system 👥No unregistered guests. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up three guests. Each additional guest beyond three will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 😴 Checkout is strictly at 10 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 trip return fee applies.
