Other Things to Note • Extended Stays Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied and available year-round, making the home a good fit for longer stays, work trips, or extended visits. • Two Full Bathrooms The home includes two full bathrooms, providing added comfort and convenience for families or groups. • Trash & Cleanup As this is a residential property, guests are responsible for taking out trash and using the on-site dumpster as needed during their stay. • Gas Heat & Hot Water The home uses a gas furnace and tankless hot water heater for reliable comfort. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal for gas systems. • Pet-Free Home Pets are not allowed in order to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment. • Extra Guest Fee The base nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. Each additional guest is $15 per night to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. • Quiet Home This is a peaceful, residential space intended for relaxing stays. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted. • Rental Agreement A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 nights or longer and will be sent digitally after booking. Base rate includes up to 3 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low for smaller groups. 🤫 Remember you have neighbors, so be sure to be respectful of them. 🚫🚬 There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home. $200 per day smoking fee will be charged. 👟 Please remove your shoes if they are soiled. 🚮 Trash must be bagged and taken up to the dumpster. 🚫🔥 No charcoal grills allowed. A gas grill is provided. 🚫🐶 No pets in this home. ‼️ PLEASE MAKE SURE DOOR IS LOCKED AND LATCHED UPON LEAVING ‼️ DOOR MUST BE PULLED CLOSED TO PROPERLY LOCK Other things of note: 🛜 Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🧻🚽 Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets – do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or even “flushable” wipes as they will damage the septic system. 👥 No unregistered guests. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up to three guests. Each additional guest beyond three will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤 No food or drinks in bedrooms. 🧺 When doing laundry during your stay or at checkout, please only run ONE SMALL OR MEDIUM LOAD at a time on the REGULAR or NORMAL cycle. DO NOT OVERFILL the washer and DO NOT USE HEAVY DUTY or LONG cycles, as these can damage the machine and delay turnover. 😴 Checkout is strictly before 10 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply. 💲 If breaking of rules or any amenities are taken that cause a refund for the next guest, you will be deemed responsible to pay for the missing items as well as the lost booking. 📖 Please read the house rules before contacting the host. 🧴 Shared Amenities: Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests. Please leave these amenities in the home for everyone’s use. 📑 Rental Agreement required for stays greater than 14 days. Agreement will be sent to be signed automatically. 👨🏻‍🔧 A&B Properties or maintenance and repair service will be allowed to enter the property if the tenant states there is a problem inside the premises that needs to be addressed.
