With a one-car garage, pet-friendly policy, and peaceful charm, this 2BR cottage makes relaxing easy. • Discounts for Extended Stays Save on weekly and monthly bookings — perfect for extended vacations, work trips, or longer getaways. • Pet-Friendly Home Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $75 fee. Please help us keep the space clean for future guests by cleaning up after them. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended. If you leave the home, please crate pets indoors. They’re free to roam inside while you're home. • Charming Train Sounds The cottage is near train tracks, and you may occasionally hear the train go by. Many guests enjoy the sound as part of the charm of the area. • Trash Responsibility As this is a private residence, guests are responsible for managing trash during their stay. A dumpster is available on-site for your use. • Transparent Pricing We keep cleaning fees low by paying our team hourly and passing those savings on to you. The base rate includes up to 2 guests. An additional $15 per night is charged for each guest beyond that to help cover cleaning and laundry. • Peaceful Atmosphere Cardinal Cottage is a quiet space meant for relaxing stays. No parties or events are allowed. • Rental Agreement A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. Base rate includes up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. This allows us to keep the cleaning fee low for smaller groups. 🤫Remember you have neighbors, so be sure to be respectful of them. 🚫🚬There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home. $200 per day smoking fee will be charged. 👟Please remove your shoes if they are soiled. 🚮Trash must be bagged and taken up to the dumpster. 🚫🔥No charcoal grills allowed. A gas grill is provided. 🐶 Well-behaved pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee. For safety, pets must not be left outdoors unattended. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. While you're home, they're free to roam inside. 💩 Poop bags provided—please clean up after them to help keep the property clean for future guests. ‼️PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DOORS LOCKED AND LATCHED UPON LEAVING - ‼️KEYPAD DOOR MUST BE PULLED CLOSED TO PROPERLY LOCK ‼️MAKE SURE GARAGE REMOTE IS RETURNED BEFORE DEPARTURE AND GARAGE IS CLOSED Other things of note: 🛜Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem, as it may cause disruptions to smart home devices and guest access. If you experience any connection issues, please contact us for assistance. 🧻🚽Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets - do not flush feminine products, paper towels, or even 'flushable' wipes as they will damage the septic system 👥No unregistered guests. Only agreed upon number of registered guests allowed unless given permission by host. So we can keep our cleaning fees low for you, we pay our cleaning crew hourly instead of a flat rate. This way we can pass our savings on to you with a lower base cleaning fee. To do this, our base nightly rate covers up two guests. Each additional guest beyond two will incur an extra fee of $15 per night to compensate for the extra hours of additional cleaning and laundry involved. 🍔🥤No food or drinks in bedrooms. 🧺When doing laundry during your stay or at checkout, please only run ONE SMALL OR MEDIUM LOAD at a time on the REGULAR or NORMAL cycle. DO NOT OVERFILL the washer and DO NOT USE HEAVY DUTY or LONG cycles, as these can damage the machine and delay turnover. 💲Checkout is strictly before 10 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply. 💲If breaking of rules or any amenities are taken that cause a refund for the next guest, you will be deemed responsible to pay for the missing items as well as the lost booking. 📖Please read the house rules before contacting the host. Shared Amenities: Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests. Please leave these amenities in the home for everyone’s use. 📑Rental Agreement required for stays greater than 14 days. Agreement will be sent to be signed automatically 👨🏻‍🔧A&B Properties or maintenance and repair service will be allowed to enter the property if the tenant states there is a problem inside the premises that needs to be addressed.
