The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Two Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! • Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. • No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. • Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 7+ guests. • Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. • No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Pool: The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. Please note that the pool is not heated . Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance.-NO POOL LIGHTS- NO HEATED POOL- • Landscaping: Is done once a week. • Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. • Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. • Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable. . Living room convertible couch: is being replaced and will probably change color to grey. NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy. Primary guest's age must be a minimum of 21. Additional house rules RSBM House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, we’ll let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a $120 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. 14.
