Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo. Parking: The rental includes one space in the covered and secured garage. The garage has a 7' height restriction. Free public parking is available in front and behind the building. Extra parking spaces can be purchased by request by request, if available. Any additional guests beyond this limit are considered trespassing and will be asked to vacate the property. A $40 charge will apply for each person over the limit. 3. Guest Suitability: The host reserves the right to refuse any guest deemed unsuitable for the property and may relocate guests to a comparable accommodation within the building if necessary. 4. Photography/ Videography: Professional photography or videography is not permitted without prior written consent from the host. 5. Access for Complaints: If a complaint is made regarding the property (e.g., amenities, cleanliness), you are authorizing the host to access the property to resolve the issue to a satisfactory standard. 6. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will apply for violations. 7. Late Check-Out: Late check-out without prior approval is subject to a $50 charge. If check-out exceeds 2 hours past the designated time, a minimum $200 fee will apply, along with potential lost revenue for any subsequent bookings. 8. House Rule Violations: Any violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay, without a refund, at the discretion of the host.
