To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information. The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: * Signing of rental agreement * ID and selfie uploads Guests will have exclusive access to the Captains Watch cottage at The Beach Club which has 3 additional cottages on the property. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are lake access, private walkout patio, grill & fire pit, yard games & play equipment, beach chairs and outdoor shower. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features). While we respect our guests' privacy, we are always available to assist when needed. Livesuites provides a dedicated guest communications team that operates 24/7, ready to handle mid-stay turnovers upon request and promptly address any unexpected maintenance issues. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • Discounts applied automatically: -15% off for stays 7+ nights -30% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition. 1. NO parties & NO smoking in the property ($1000 fine). 2. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down. 3. Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. 4. No jumping on beds. 6. Please respect the property and treat it as if it were your own. 7. Check-in time is from 4:00PM, and check-out time is by 10:00AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. 8. No pets without prior authorization. Additional fees apply. This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: • Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. • Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. • Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). • Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! • Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
