Located on Coquina Key South we have panoramic water views of bayou and beautiful sunset views. Only 5min to downtown St Pete and 15 min to Pass a Grille Beach. Boyd Hill Nature Preserve 5 min away- offers great hiking and biking. Gated resort-style complex with 2 pools, jacuzzi, pickle ball, tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball, shuffleboard court, basketball, Yacht Club with waterfront bar. You have access to every amenity, and they are all walking distance from our unit. The space This is our personal vacation getaway. We love it, and we expect you will treat it as your home as well in, otherwise please do not book with us. Absolutely NO pets, no exceptions. ( We are friends with all our neighbors, and if pets are sneaked in we will know about it). You will usually see dolphins swimming, sometimes very close to the seawall. We have even seen manatees. Always keep an eye out! ****Intex Queen Supreme Raised Airbed for extra guests/children is super comfortable. Linens & towels provided, as well as Beach towels. Living room features 47" Smart 3D TV and WiFi internet. LG Washer and dryer is inside the condo (in the kitchen). Limited supply of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags provided for short term stayed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator and electric convection stove. We love cooking, and so you will find pots, pans, a large variety of utensils and a some spices, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Outdoor living is our favorite! So you will find beautiful patio furniture and potted plants. Be sure to always store cushions away when not in use- this is how to keep them clean and dry from the afternoon shower storms in FL. You can use our grill, but you have to purchase your own propane and keep the grill clean as you found it Guest access 2 swimming pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub, beach- volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball court, putt putt golf, gym, billiards/pool table, shuffle board, corn hole sets (located in front of Yachtclub) Other things to note Beautiful private patio with tropical palms, grill and patio furniture to ensure you enjoy outdoor living to the fullest!
