There is a small beach a five minute walk away. Other things to note Things to do! Coldspring is a nice little town that is a 20 minute drive. They have Hudson Hills Café, which is great for brunch. There is also a farmers market there (boscobel), open Saturday mornings. For hikes, fahnestock state park has tons of trails, and it’s a 5-minute drive (you can google clarence fahenstock trail map to get directions) If you drive north on Oscawana drive to sunken mine drive. It’s like a 7 minute drive, There are like 6 or 7 trails just off sunken mine (it’s fahnestock park too) And closer to cold spring are all the Hudson highlands trails, breakneck ridge, etc.
