The space Welcome to LÜDI 🌿✨ We bought LÜDI as our retirement dream and lovingly restored it from the ground up, adding personal touches and a lot of heart. Nestled on 3 acres of private paradise, this is our cherished getaway — not just another Airbnb listing. Your Apartment 🏡 • Sleeps 4 comfortably: two bedrooms with space for four adults. • Traveling with a little one? Let us know in advance — we’ll happily provide a crib. • Bright, open living area: an open kitchen with a large dining table flows into the living room, perfect for gathering. • Surrounded by design icons: Arne Jacobsen, Cassina, Knoll, Braun, Paulson, and rare custom originals from the 1970s by my late father, a celebrated architect and designer. • Modern bathroom: bathtub, shower, heated towel rack, and all-new fixtures. • Peaceful views: the living room overlooks our vegetable garden, pond, and fruit trees, bathed in sunlight. It’s a cozy refuge — ideal for those who value nature, quiet, and distance from traffic and crowds. Nature at Your Doorstep 🌳🐦 • Step out the southern gate and explore rolling hills. • Cycle 3 km left to Parsteinsee for a swim, or 3 km right into Unteres Odertal National Park for birdwatching. • Each summer, storks nest on the property, and last year ducks made the pond their home. Local Charm 🍞 Lüdersdorf has no shops, but on Thursdays the historic Vorlaubenhaus just a few hundred meters away hosts a small bake sale. For all essentials, the supermarket in Lunow is only a short drive. Good to Know ℹ️ • There’s a second apartment upstairs, owned by close friends. It’s completely separate with its own entrance and rarely used. If you’d prefer the whole property to yourself, just let us know before booking — we’re happy to arrange this. • Because we grow our own fruits and vegetables, a gardener may occasionally stop by to tend to the grounds — always respectfully and discreetly. ⸻ ✨ We can’t wait to share LÜDI with you. Guest access You have access to the entire property. • Pond: Please note the pond is not safe for swimming due to sharp metal and broken glass at the bottom. • Fire & BBQ: There is a beautiful spot for an open fire or barbecue, only permitted in calm weather. Always keep a bucket of water nearby. Our next-door neighbor’s house has a thatched roof and is just 50 meters away. • Safety first: Please check local fire hazard warnings before lighting any fire. Other things to note Please note that LÜDI does not have Wi-Fi, a TV, or a washer/dryer. During colder months, it can take a little time for the heaters to warm the house, which is why we generally avoid renting in the cold season. We recommend LÜDI for guests looking for a peaceful, unplugged retreat in nature.
