Description
Gorgeous two-storey villa, exclusively positioned without being cut off from its surroundings, immersed in a small oak-wood that will render your stay crisp, even in a roasting day. Par Tòt proposes garden spaces to relax, dine under the stars and ultimately, slow down. Comfortably positioned in the Locorotondo countryside, Par Tòt is an ideal base to visit Valle d'Itria and enjoy the stunning seaside and beaches of Capitolo, the Regional Dunes Park, and the National Reserve of Torre Guaceto. The space Par Tòt is our home in the first place, that we furnished ourselves with unique handmade pieces. The house, fresh in summer and warm in winter because of it being built in big stone blocks, develops into two independent storeys with entrances on opposite sides. Each storey houses rooms and bathrooms, and provides direct access to the garden. The storey with front access is composed of a small patio, a spacious lounge hall, two bedrooms for guests (Par Tòt - Cumin and Par Tòt - Sesame), our bedroom, two bathrooms, an ample kitchen/living-room, and a cosy little terrace under the shade of the oaks, for scenic breakfasts over the valley. The storey with rear access presents itself with a bedroom with independent access from the garden and with a small in-room bathroom (Par Tòt - Cinnamon), a spacious bedroom in case even suitable for a small family (Par Tòt - Cardamom), a bathroom with bathtub, a shared kitchen/living-room with garden access, the Rekrei creative lab (which is open for collaborations, check that out on our website!), and a wide oak-shaded external space for summer breakfasts. In case of need, we could give our guests access to an additional room, normally not used. This storey is also available as a whole (Par Tòt - Apartment). The outside is looked over by oak trees, one of which ultracentenarian, that surround the house. It is harmoniously subdivided into front and rear halves, as to let guests maintain their privacy if they prefer so. Under the shade of trees we have lounge corners, hammocks, a rope swing, an evergreen table-football, and from time pur friends propose live music. A digital piano and a guitar are for guest use. Pets are allowed as long as they stay outside. We are available for specific needs. Par Tòt is for everyone, but not for anyone. (CIS ex L.R. Puglia nr. 57/2018: BA07202591000013438) Guest access Outside, all areas are available to guests. It is thus possible to park in the forecourt, use the hammocks, the rope swing, the lounge corners, the pic-nic area under the trees, the rear square with sun-loungers and the table-football, and it is obviously possible to wander in the oak-wood. In addition, outside is possible to play music (we have a piano and a guitar for guests to use, and all others are welcome), read (in case you just finished yours, we have a respectable collection, in English as well), write (if you want we could fix a little writing corner with a desk under the trees), paint (you bring canvas and colors, we have an easel), photograph (the landscape is gratiously hilly, with various planes of depth), relax and obviously make some exercise. Inside: * Cumin and Sesame guests can use the patio and the kitchen/living-room on the other storey (please note that in order to access the kitchen/living-room, one needs to go outside and re-enter from the rear garden); * Cardamom and Cinnamon guests can use the kitchen/living-room. During your stay Par Tòt is our home as well, thus we are available H24. If you want we could help you arrange your travel, suggest places to visit, things to do, etc. Just ask for whatever you might need. If you feel like it, we are open to exchange experiences and stories, perhaps by dining together. Registration Details IT072025C200048702
