There are still a few original farms on this road from before the Kattenbroek district was built. The space is ideal for a longer stay. We are happy to welcome you! The space Our guesthouse is located at the front of our yard and above the double garage under the sloping roof. It has two large skylights and a double bed. In the room there is a TV, a chaisse longue and a folding dining table. There is parking on our private site. The fully equipped kitchen has hot and cold water, a dishwasher and a fridge. The shower cabin is closed and equipped with a hand and rain shower. The space is ideal for a longer stay. There is enough space to store things. Outside in the front garden is a garden set available and if desired you can also borrow a bbq! If you use our guesthouse then you have complete privacy. Our farm is at a sufficient distance. You're welcome! Access for guests If you use our guesthouse, you have access to the front garden with seating and the car can be parked on the closed yard. Other things to look out for If you stay with us, you can use two bicycles to explore the neighborhood or to cycle to the center of Amersfoort (about 15 minutes). The Emiclaer shopping center is less than a 5-minute walk away. Here you will find the necessary basic facilities such as supermarkets, shops and breakfast and dining options. From October to April we rent our apartment excluding heating costs. The average costs are € 4.50 per day, of course depending on your own consumption. These costs are jointly determined at the end of the stay and must be settled in cash. If desired, we can provide a delicious breakfast for € 10 per person. If you wish, please indicate when booking.
