The space Retropolitan Lycabetus is an accommodation set in the centre of Athens, just 10' walking distance from Kolonaki and 20' walking distance from Monastiraki square. The apartment is on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator. It is fully renovated in 2018 and designed with extreme care and attention to details. The bedroom has oldish retro wooden floor, a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The living room has a sofa bed, a cosy armchair and a flat- screen TV. Moreover, in the living room, you can find a series of books, magazines and travel guides both in Greek and English. There is also a fully equipped, elegant kitchen with a dinning area, a bathroom, and a lovely little balcony with table and chairs. The apartment is very sunny and quiet, with a view to Lycabetus hill. The access to the apartment from the airport is very easy with the metro or the bus. Great cultural background with theaters, cinemas and the book's haunt. You can find a bus station by your door step! Take the 230 Bus for a 10' ride to Syntagma Square and Ermou shopping street. Kolonaki Square is just 10' walking distance from here. The metro station Panepistimio to Acropolis, is a 7' walk. Have a nice long walk towards Ippokratous street, for the old historical neighborhood of Athens, Plaka. The flat has all the essentials you might need for a comfortable stay: fresh sheets and towels, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hair conditioner. An iron and an iron board are available in the apartment. A hair drier is also available. In the kitchen you will also find a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a squeezer and a mixer and some basic materials such as olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and of course filtered coffee, espresso capsules, sugar and tea. Complimentary upon arrival you will receive a bottle of Greek wine and a basket with Greek delicacies for breakfast!
