PLEASE NOTE !!!!! We live in a small village, the nearest town with everything you need is 9 km away. With us, the most beautiful time of the year can be spent relaxing. You can still eat well and cheaply with us. Regensburg or Nuremberg can be reached in less than an hour. CZ is also very interesting for a day trip, at the border coffee, spirits and cigarettes are very cheap to buy. Overnight guests please register! The space Attic apartment, a spacious staircase up, you enter a small hallway, on the left is a small storage room, on the same side the spacious daylight bathroom with underfloor heating, bathtub with integrated shower. A washer-dryer is also available for your use. The cozy newly furnished bedroom with upholstered bed (high lying surface, electrically adjustable slatted frames) invites you to a relaxing quiet sleep. On the right side of the hallway you enter the spacious living room, on the right side there is a fitted kitchen with everything you need (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, small freezer, etc.) dining area. Large living room with pull-out upholstered corner, flat and access to the spacious balcony with open views. There is a table and 4 comfortable chairs at your disposal. There are towels, bath towels and linen ready. If anything else is needed, talk to me. A travel cot, high chair and some toys are available for small guests. There is nothing that cannot be arranged, since I am always on site myself, I am open to all your wishes. Guest access You will have the attic of about 70 sqm completely to yourselves. Other things to note No animals of any kind please! No smokers please! Please DO NOT hold parties.
