Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old. - No smoking in the house - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night. - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information. - Quiet time is from 9pm-9am (inside and outside of the house) - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated - Respect the neighbors - NO FIREARMS - Even in Hunting season Please note that this home is an older farmhouse. It is in great shape and has a lot of unique charm, but it is rustic and not pristine. If you are looking for a luxury home, a modern home, or something polished and perfect, this may not be the right fit for your stay.
