HOUSE RULES - Parties are strictly prohibited. - No pets allowed (if you have a special request, please let us know). - No smoking inside the villa. - The house is located in a quiet community; loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm. - Only registered guests in the reservation are allowed to enter the premises. - No external personnel or guests are allowed for security reasons. - Daily cleaning is provided; towels and linens are changed every third day if guests are not in the house.
