We want to make sure we are the right fit for you. This property is available as a vacation rental by virtue of a permit issued by Clatsop County. This permit is placed in jeopardy when the surrounding neighborhood is impacted by a guest's stay. We issue $250.00 fines for each violation of County Ordinances and each House Rule (this is your warning). Additionally, guests may be evicted for violations without refund. If actions of our guests lead to neighbor complaints or our permit being placed on probation or revocation, we hold guests responsible for all damages foreseen and unforeseen. In booking this property you accept all of these terms. To finalize your reservation, you are required to complete identity verification and fraud protection through our secure guest screening portal. This process is similar to standard hotel procedures, where you must present your government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking. The purpose is to verify your identity and assess the risk involved in hosting you. -No on street parking (Not even for loading or unloading) -Four (4) cars Maximum allowed (1 in garage, 3 in the driveway)*-No boats, RV's or Commercial Vehicles -Maximum Occupancy is 8 -Speed is strictly 25mph within community -No smoking or vaping of any kind -No Drugs legal or otherwise -Noise Ordinance is (No Noise) between 10:00pm and 8:00am -(1) One dog allowed with pet fee *Do Not Leave Pets unattended for any length of time *Not even in a crate* You will be asked to end your stay if your dog is left in the house unattended for any length of time. -Pick up after your dog on property and through community -Hot Tub Hours are strictly 7:00 am to 10:00 pm *NO HOT TUB USE FROM 10:00 PM TO 7:00 AM -Fireworks are not allowed within the community
