Step into history at Netarts, a treasure trove of marine biodiversity, or venture to Cape Lookout State Park for camping, scenic hikes, and seasonal whale watching. "Fish On!" is where your unforgettable journey to nature's playground begins. *This beach house is available as a short term rental by virtue of Tillamook County. The surrounding neighborhood can be impacted by a guest's stay. -We ask that you read the rules and treat this home, and the house rules with respect so we can continue to provide a wonderful stay for years to come. We require guests to visit our secure guest screening portal, through Autohost, for identity verification and fraud protection before their reservation is considered finalized. This process is an alternative to asking guests to provide a security deposit, as our insurance company uses the risk assessment to evaluate our coverage for your stay and advise on any fraudulent or purposely negligent activity on any of a guest’s past reservations. This process will take approximately 3-minutes to complete and will require a government-issued ID and the credit card that you will use to book your reservation. -Minimum age requirement: 25 -Maximum Occupancy (in or outside) is 8 -We Use Surveillance cameras outside the property and they record 24/7 * We monitor each property access point, the driveway and the garbage area. -NO PARTIES - DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY ON BEHALF OF OTHERS *The person who booked must be staying with their guests. -NO SMOKING* NO VAPING* -NO DRUGS (Not on or near the property) Legal or otherwise -One dog allowed with fee $75.00 *On Leash at all times* Do not leave dog unattended in or at the property for any length of time. -FOUR CARS MAXIMUM * AT ALL TIMES* Or mix of cars and boat or RV -We Do Not Have On Street Parking! -NO Noise from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am -NO SHOES WORN INSIDE -Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or birthdays must be disclosed at the time the reservation is booked and is subject to manager approval.
