Great spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this house is neatly decorated to give you a real beach and sea atmosphere that will take on a full experience of the blue Sea of Cortez, the master bedroom has a king size bed that also counts with a full bath (shower and tub) to enjoy. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top) with its own bath included (only shower), in the third bedroom you will find a queen size bed followed by the fourth bedroom that is also a queen-sized bed, The third bath is a Jack and Jill style bathroom in-between bedrooms 3 and 4. $75 pet fee, per pet No smoking inside the property. Quiet hours after 10pm-7am. Conserve and use water properly. Return keys at the property manager office. Throw away trash. Turn things off and lock up when leaving the property.
