Each offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and Wi-Fi. Note: The heating/AC system is louder than average when running. If sensitive to sound, consider earplugs. Each Apartment (2) Includes: ● 1 bedroom - queen ● 1 bathroom - ● High speed Wi-Fi ● 55" Smart TV ● Fully equipped kitchen ● Washer/dryer in-building ● Central heat and air ● Ring doorbell on the outside of the door. ● Keyless entry ● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $200 per month. This property offers seamless self check in process. After booking, you'll receive an invitation to complete the verification process. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down. 3. Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. 4. Please respect the property and treat it as if it were your own. 5. Check-in time is from 4:00PM, and check-out time is by 10:00AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. 6. NO pets without prior authorization. Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.
