PARKING: Please note the courtyard offers compact parking accommodations. The unit includes access to a 2-car garage plus one additional courtyard parking space. Larger SUVs and trucks may find maneuvering within the courtyard tight. Additional free overnight public parking for any size vehicle is available at the park across the street. Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property. Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night. Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pets waste. There is a water hose inside the run if needed to help clean up after your pet as well. Greatly appreciated. There is a security system & external cameras over vehicle parking area, side of yard, fenced dog run area and front porch for screening visitors. The panel is in the hallway for your use.
