The location of the apartment is simply perfect. Located opposite the beach, you have direct access to the stunning Hollywood beach through the Swimming pool area. 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed, very comfortable that will allow you to enjoy your stay. WIFI and TV with Cable in the room and in the Living room. 2 swimming pools, bar, gym, direct access to the beach and Valet parking (with charge). the property manager is the exclusive operator of this property. Important: 30USD will be charged for each key FOB, every two adults (+12 years), at the time of Check-in, which will allow you to access the facilities of the building. (1-2 adults 1 fob, 3-4 adults 2 fobs and 5 adults 3 fobs.) (Credit or debit card only) Parking is not included. Parking fee: * 1 week : 100$ * 2 weeks ; 125$ * 3 weeks : 150$ * 4 weeks or 1 month ; 175$ * Daily: 40$ overnight/holiday: $40 Washer and dryer is next to the elevators (not inside the unit) and they need a card to enter.
