Comfortable 44 sqm apartment located on the ground floor of a family villa with a beautiful large enclosed garden for shared use. The location is perfect for families with children due to the proximity of the beaches. The bathing facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The location is quiet, sunny surrounded by greenery, but still central. The house offers a beautiful fenced and well-kept garden, a small olive grove and two apartments for rent. The space The apartment for 4 people is located on the ground floor of a family house where we still rent an apartment for 2 people. The comfortable apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), bed linen provided (changed weekly), two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, and two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The living area has a kitchen equipped with a stove with two gas and two electric burners, a smoke extractor hood, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, a toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils. The living area also has a sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, flat-screen satellite TV, an air conditioner and free Wi-Fi internet access. At the entrance of the apartment, there is a large covered terrace equipped with garden furniture with a wonderful sea view and a garden decorated with flowers and plants. In the courtyard available for shared use the garden swing and the barbeque area with stone tables and benches to spend summer evenings in the company of the outdoors. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, barbecue area and parking place. Other things to note * Owners with a docile dog live in the same house on the first floor. * Pets are not allowed. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and washing machine, when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution - to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Custom transfers are possible (example: airport - accommodation, ...)
