The downstairs sitting room offers a couch for relaxation, which can also be used as a single bed. New furnishings and contemporary décor have been selected for simplicity, charm, and convenience.

 Notable features include a large deck overlooking the beautiful grounds and river, a stone fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Intended as a retreat/getaway and as base for outside activities, Cabin 6 has no TV; it does have internet access, an extensive book collection, and CD player with CD library.
