Year-round spa and seasonal pool privileges are included in this rental and are right next door, tennis courts are just two blocks.  Dog friendly for a small to medium size dog up to 50 pounds only. This is a second-level unit w/ 2 bdrm., (1 queen, 1 queen), 2 baths, one with tub shower and one with shower only. There is a queen pullout sofa bed available also which will accommodate 2 more (max of 6 people, children count towards the 6). TV w/Roku, DVD, AC, washer and dryer for your convenience, and garage access available to guests. Quiet hours apply, 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, 1 queen couch pullout.
