The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Bunk Beds (Queen-Over-Queen) and 1 person sofa bed Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom Additional Spaces: Game Room: A dedicated enclave for recreation and leisure pursuits. NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive a message with all the instructions. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool:The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. Please note that the pool is not heated . Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance, Pool and kiddie pool are not heated. - Pool lights out of service. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. *You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified*. - Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
