Bringing a pet without prior written approval will result in an automatic $150 penalty, plus a pet fee if approved. If the pet is not approved, the reservation will not proceed and no refund will be provided. If approved after arrival, the unauthorized pet fee still applies in addition to the applicable pet fee. Lost & Found Return Policy We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method. Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.
