Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort. In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay. As your host, I am always available to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable stay. We offer a self-check-in option for your convenience, allowing you to arrive at your own pace. While I may not always be on-site, our staff is present in the building and can assist with any immediate concerns or needs during your stay. Beyond the comforts of your studio, you'll find an abundance of attractions just steps away. Explore the diverse culinary scene with an array of restaurants and cafes offering tantalizing flavors from around the world. Take a leisurely stroll through the nearby parks or along the picturesque promenade, offering breathtaking views of the waterfront and city skyline. Subway: The closest subway station is the R train at 95th Street, which is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment. From here, you can easily access different parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The R train runs along 4th Avenue, providing quick connections to Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, and beyond. Bus: Several bus routes serve the area, offering additional transportation options within Brooklyn. You can check the MTA website or use a transit app to find the most convenient bus routes for your destination. Taxi/Rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Brooklyn. You can easily hail a taxi or request a ride using a smartphone app. Walking: Brooklyn is a pedestrian-friendly borough, and many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood to explore its charm and discover hidden gems along the way. Biking: If you prefer cycling, consider renting a bike to explore Brooklyn's streets and bike paths. Several bike rental shops are scattered throughout the borough, offering hourly or daily rentals. * Ferry to Manhattan is 20 minutes We want to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please note that after booking, you might receive a pre-check-in process via SMS. This serves as a guidebook with important information to help make your check-in and stay more comfortable. For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $20 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout. Gym & Game Room: Both are located on the first floor, in the room next to the elevator. Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Rooftop Access: Available to all guests. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk through the hallway to the back stairs, then go up one more flight; or use the back stairwell directly from your floor to reach the rooftop. Parking Information: While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property. If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.
