This is the perfect spot if you enjoy lively, vibrant neighborhoods. This spacious apartment features a large living room and an open-plan kitchen. It has two bedrooms, both with spacious closets; the master bedroom has a full bathroom attached and a balcony. The second full bathroom is outside the second bedroom. It has a private terrace with an unparalleled view of Parque España, where you can enjoy quiet reading or have some wine with guests. It is equipped to provide you with a comfortable stay, whether for one night, two weeks, or more. We've 24/7 security at the door, just ring the bell and the guard will grant you access to the building. He'll ask you for your official ID at the reception and after confirming your reservation, they'll give you the keys to your apartment. If possible, please leave the keys with the guard at the reception when you go out to avoid losing them as the replacement will have an additional cost. The apartment is just a short two blocks from Parque España and a few minutes' walk from Álvaro Obregón and Roma Norte. • We've security 24/7 and security cameras in the common areas.
