Dear guests! Here you can book a lovely, pet-friendly experience on our small farm! We rent a total of 3 apartments and one room. Our farm animals, such as the dog, donkey, cat, sheep, chickens, ducks and geese, are looking forward to seeing you. Altmühlsee and Brombachsee are not far away, just like the beautiful Donauries and old towns such as Dinkelsbühl and Nördlingen. Please note that this accommodation is only suitable for infants (0-2 years) or for children 8 years and older. The space Our modern apartment has an open plan and consists of a large bedroom, a large living room with a dining area, A bathroom with a shower tub and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The highlight of the apartment is the cozy attic, which can be reached with a ladder. There are 3 more beds here. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SLEEPING AREA DIRECTLY UNDER THE ROOF IS TIGHT. YOU CAN'T STAND THERE; IT'S MORE OF A SLEEPING DEN. THE YARD IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE. In addition, we are located on a country road so you can also hear traffic in the garden. In the house we have soundproofing windows! - Our garden is wild and close to nature! - we live here! This means that we are also happy to have free time. What is vacation for you is everyday for us. The farm and the surrounding area are a lot of work and I also like to take time for you, but not 24/7. If there is one point here that bothers you, I ask you to cancel. Otherwise, I am very happy about your arrival and would be happy to give you a nice vacation! Please let us know if you want to arrive with your four-legged friend. Please understand that we have to charge a one-time cleaning fee of €30 for our dog room. Dogs must be leashed on the premises. Please also note that smoking is not allowed inside the buildings. However, we do have a nice covered smoking area for this purpose. You can also easily read our house rules directly on site for quiet hours and other rules. Please always pay attention to waste separation! There is a corresponding container for any kind of garbage! Unseparated garbage must be disposed of yourself. Dear guests! Our apartment is to be left clean and swept clean. You will find all the necessary utensils in the apartment. Cleaning agents are above the sink as well as washcloths, sponges and drying towels. By the washing machine you will find vacuum cleaners and wipers.
