With the Real Paddle Club within walking distance and Puerto Banus just around the corner, our guest can enjoy the best of all worlds. the property manager offers luxurious accommodations decorated and designed especially for your holiday stay. We make sure you enjoy your time in the beautiful area of Marbella. Villa Altos is located in the central in Nueva Andalucia, close to the beach. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, pizzeria, Scandinavian supermarket with coffee area and the Real Paddle Club with both an outdoor and indoor gym. This accommodation is equipped with a brand new modern kitchen, large open living room with access to the garden and four bedrooms with double beds. The garden area has a large swim spa, offering both by day and by night a luxurious experience. The gated parking offers place for two cars. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 7. Images of the gym and paddle club are for marketing purposes only. The gym is located near the accommodation and charges a fee per day to use. 8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 9. At this moment we don't offer the pool heating as an additional service. 10. Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community. TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
