Large deck, big grassy lawn, and cozy campfire area. Calm, protected bay—perfect for beginner paddlers. 40-ft dock, beach area, & swim platform on a mooring. Bring your boat or rent one to access main lake under the bridge. Just an 8-minute walk to town! Bring bikes explore scenic trails. A peaceful, relaxing retreat with all the lakefront fun. The space 5 minutes walk to town, I minute by bike! 5 Kayaks, 2 canoes, paddle board, paddle boat, sail boat. Small private beach area and swim platform. Located on Back Bay Wolfeboro. Dock for your boat. There is a bridge to go under to Wolfeboro Bay that limits size of boat. Always let us know what boat you intend to bring before booking! Camp fire pit for evening fun. Large grassy fields for outdoor fun! Guest access We provide bed linens, comforters, pillows etc, but not towels. Please bring your own! You can use everything on property, just take good care of our things. Personal items in basement should not be touched. Don't use the sail boat if you are not a knowledgeable sailer! Other things to note We provide all bed linens, comforters and pillows, but please bring your own towels. We welcome pets with a pet fee. Please add your pet during the reservation process. Please ensure your dog is well behaved, no damage. Please vacuum all your dog's hair around the house and pick up all dog waste from grounds prior to final departure. Please purchase your own wood for campfire. Our normal check in time is after 4pm. Should you desire an early check in, there would be an early check in fee if it can be arranged with house keeping company. Depends on their work load. Send requests early as possible.
