The Space Our apartment’s phenomenal open social space consists of upscale living, dining, and kitchen areas. You’ll have a number of seating and eating options as there is bar seating at the kitchen island and a separate dining table for four. Plus, with gorgeous furnishings and accessories in the living room, meals feel elevated whether you're watching a favorite movie or just unwinding after the day. Being a downtown space, don’t be surprised if you find the balcony welcoming you to share a drink or snack together outside, day or night, too. For a relaxing, sound sleep, the bedroom at Lansing Place has a king bed as well as wonderful natural light from the large sliding door leading to the private balcony. There is also has a flat-screen TV for viewing your favorite movies and TV shows from the comfort of your own bed. For more sleeping options, there is a queen Murphy bed, a queen sofa bed, and a twin pull out bed in the living room. Upgraded and stylish, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and top-quality fixtures, and the same modern design aesthetic is found in the half bath. Everything is arranged with ease and delivered to your door. You can even book local experiences to make even more memories. Rates & Guest Count The base rate covers the first guest. Each additional guest (age 3 and over) is $30 per person, per day. Select the correct number of guests at booking time and the system will calculate this fee automatically up to the limit of the platform. Additional guests at the property will be charged manually. Children 2 and under stay free and do not need to be included in your guest count. This fee applies to anyone who comes onto the property, not just overnight guests. It helps cover additional wear and tear, increased cleaning/disinfecting, and higher utility usage. Parking Guests may use covered parking spots 19 and 23, located behind the building. Noise & Neighbor Courtesy Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level at all times. Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. Outside amplified music is prohibited. Smoking No smoking inside the apartment. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine. General Rules - Be respectful to neighbors. Treat neighbors with courtesy and respect. - Keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level at all times. - Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. - No outside amplified music. - Park only in spot 19 or 23. - Fireworks are prohibited on the property. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. - The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. - Refund Policy: - 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival - 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival - A pre-authorized damage deposit hold of $1,000 is required or a non-refundable damage waiver of $75/day up to $300. If the damage deposit is chosen it is released a few days following check out provided there is no damage during the guest stay. - Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges. - Return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset. - Early arrivals and late departures incur a $40 fee. - Minimum rental age is 25. - Neighbor complaint: $500 fee. - Security dispatched: $500 fee. - Police called: $1,000 fee and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund. - Unregistered guests: $500 penalty plus $60 per person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation. - Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to check‑in. Instructions will not be released until the agreement is signed.
