We are called Punta de Mita Adventures Camping on the internet. Beautiful ocean, pristine sand beach, boat to take you to Las Mariatas Islands from the beach right across the street quiet cobblestone street from us! We wanted lots of gardens and a banana jungle garden filled with flowers to feed the hummingbirds environment. We We build beautiful walkways of stone and full bathrooms and showers that are completely private. Also full outdoor kitchen and dining area. We like to surf and wanted to attract other nature lovers. We cater to happy people who want a low key relaxing time. Canadians are super Welcome! Retired couples, surfers, walkers, and those who bring well-behaved, friendly 4-footed family members also welcome! We are clean freaks but love bikes, boards and toys . We have 2 Surf Boards, 2 Paddle Boards and 2 Kayaks for rent exclusively for our guests. If you go the tent route we have central very large kitchen. If you go camper RV route all campers have bathrooms, AC, kitchen, utensils, towels, sheets, electric Mr. Coffee pots and microwave ovens. If you need something just ask our staff and they will help! Guest access We have on-site staff to assist you with anything you may need. We also provide recommendations that we use as a family when we are there on vacation. Town is extremely walkable but if you need transportation there are local taxi services and we are located only 2 blocks from the bus station. We want to make sure you have GREAT outings that meet your needs with wonderful local family owned services. Other things to note The beach is somewhat protected and excellent for swimming along the coast. We each day put our goggles on and swim in the morning and evening. We can see all the way down to the floor of the ocean 30-40 feet. The water is amazingly clear and clean as we are located at the most northern point of the bay almost at the open ocean. This also creates an ocean environment teaming with colorful fish and sea turtles as well as dolphins and whales. Sometimes they come extremely close to the beach usually early morning and evening hours. The water is quite warm and we have never heard of or seen sharks. We speak Spanish and have been coming every year for 20 years. It is very safe. We are 4 blocks from the Four Seasons Resort and Golf Club and we share the same beach coastline and it is breathtaking. We are a 40-45 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta Airport PVR. There are many restaurants along the beach right on the ocean as well as shops. This is a 2 minute walk from the property. Some are extremely inexpensive and others are higher end but still very reasonable. Our favorite is called La Cabana with excellent seafood and a great breakfast. Its cheap and all freshly made and family owned with a palm palapa roof 2 stories high. It’s right on the water near the Fisherman’s Pier.
