Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 8 - Max Occupancy: 8 - Guests can access a small lake near the property. You can use small watercraft such as john boats, kayaks, and canoes on the lakes. Please be aware that vehicle access is not available for the last half mile to the lake. You will need to carry your watercraft for this distance. The lake is perfect for swimming and fishing, and picnic tables are available for your convenience. - One propane firepit on the rear deck. - provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens - Internet Speed: While there is wifi available, it is very slow and unpredictable. Please note that this home is not suitable if you need reliable wifi for work. - Cleaning fee: openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach concerning our guests. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
