To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: HOUSE RULES 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building's premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly. 4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Late checkout past 10:00 AM will result in a $50 fee. 5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is eight, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest. 6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our apartment and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately. 7. NO GLITTER: Please don’t use glitter for decorations or for any other reason. 8. QUIET HOUR 11pm: We have other tenants in the building so please keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm. 9. AGE REQUIREMENT 22+: We have a very strict age requirement of 22 and up.
