Guesthouse in Vero Beach

Spacious, private 1 bedroom guest house with child safe pool, Wifi smart tv, kitchen, with full size frig. sink, microwave & cook top. Dining room, living room, bathroom with walkin shower. Covered parking, gas grill, wash & dryer access, beach chairs. We prefer no pets but if necessary there is added charge $10/pet per night. Enjoy a taste of farm life, pet & feed goats/sheep, & chickens. All less than 15 mins from beautiful beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, sky diving, & shopping. The space All of our quests have loved the quiet, peaceful, farm environment with the ability to interact with farm animals. We are in a rural area, yet we are within 6 -8 minutes of malls, restaurants and anything you might need. There are two steps up into the guesthouse, so it is not handicap accessible. Infants or children are welcome. The water is filtered water softener treated, well water. The kitchen does not have a full size oven, but there is one in the pavilion or our house is 15 steps away and you can use our oven. Air mattresses are available. Walmart and Target are about 8 minutes away. Guest access Other amenities include: wireless internet, TV with roku and DVD player, a/c, heat, ceiling fans, microwave, cook top stove, Crock-Pot, armoire for your use, curtains for privacy, a table and chairs, keurig coffee maker, tea and water bottles. A gas grill, gas fire pit, a ping pong table, corn hole game, kids tire swing, a brick barbecue as well as a gas fire pit. We have many board games and over 600 Dvd's that can be used during your stay. Air mattress is available if requested Other things to note No Smoking, No loud music or parties and No more than 2 cars overnight. We have a large friendly dog that likes to be outside, we have an invisible fence. He barks but is harmless. The house is on well water that is filtered and softened but sometimes and has a tiny "sulfurish" smell". Note: the horses belong to our neighbor not us.
