The courtyard is shared with the Main house, offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay. Guests will have access to the entire home except few closets and cabinets that we have locked. Nature enthusiasts appreciate the abundance of parks and green spaces scattered throughout the area, offering opportunities for outdoor recreation, picnics, and family outings. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We appreciate that you ask for approval if you have visitors. We kindly remind you that this is a no event or party listing. We have a strict no smoking policy. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
