To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are on-site party store with necessities, liquor & snacks, kayak rentals (subject to availability), fire pit, yard games & shared patio. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with exterior Ring video cameras and Noise monitor decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features). While we respect our guests' privacy, we are always available to assist when needed. Livesuites provides a dedicated guest communications team that operates 24/7, ready to handle mid-stay turnovers upon request and promptly address any unexpected maintenance issues. • Parking: Public car/trailer lot nearby. • Kayaks: Available 8AM - 8PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st). Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. 4. No jumping on beds. 6. Please respect the property and treat it as if it were your own. 7. Check-in time is from 3:00PM, and check-out time is by 11:00AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. 8. No fishing on the docks. There is a small public access spot down by our beach and a dock near by the public beach for fishing use. Kayaks: Kayaks can be used between hours of 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We require ALL renters to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver that can be found in your boarding pass link. Pet Policy: (Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 ONLY) We do allow dogs (max of 2) with some breed restrictions. • Must be authorized prior to booking. • Per pet fee $20/night | $100/week | $250/month • We ask that dogs must be on a leash when taken outside, and you must pick up after them to avoid other fees.
