La Pinta is a starting point to visit numerous tourist places such as Senda Viva, Bardenas, Moncayo, Tudela, Olite, Tarazona, Ujue. The house is in the middle of the Baroque area of the town of Villafranca. You can park next to the house without any problem. The house is spacious, bright and very cozy, it has a very nice outdoor area with a swimming pool, terrace furniture, a barbecue, paella pans, a pool table and foosball. We have air conditioning (Payment with meter). Heating. The space Leaving Villafranca, along an irrigated path, we will reach its groves, where we will enjoy the beautiful views of the Barranco de Peñalen, and then approach the mouth of the Arga in Aragon, a place used by fishermen and where storks nest. Villafranca is nestled in the heart of the Ribera de Navarra and stretches along the valley of the Aragón River. It is one of the municipalities that makes up the Bardenas Reales de Navarra. It preserves a monumental complex from the Baroque period. Villafranca is one of the municipalities where one of the stages of the Veracruz road takes place. The municipal swimming pools are very nice, large green areas and barbecue areas, fronton football field, etc... they are a 5-minute walk away. We usually set up a pool for our own use. Other things to note A €200 deposit will be charged one week before check-in, which will be refunded the day after check-out after verifying that everything is in order. Check-in and check-out times can always be adjusted to suit the guest, depending on previous and subsequent bookings. Prices include sheets and towels. Children under 2 stay for free. Between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., activities that may disturb the neighborhood are prohibited. No parties or goodbyes. The pool will be open from June 12 until September 15. At the end of your stay, please leave the house in the same condition in which it was rented.
