You will be between Disneyland and Universal Studios and close to many freeways whatever your destination might be. An independent entrance and a manicured backyard give you the feeling you are at home and the opportunity to be close to any part of the city without the hustle and bustle of LA. The studio is attached to the house but it’s totally independent and it has its own patio and back yard .you’ll be able to go in and out thru your own entrance. ( this is attached to the main house, so occasionally you WiILL hear us, or my dachshund bark, we do try to keep it as quiet as possible, but people do live here) Please be kind do not ask for discounts. You will be in a place there is Sparkling clean with mostly everything you need for your stay. And if you need something and it’s not there I’m only a phone call away . We live in the front part of the property and we try to keep the house as quiet as possible between the hours of 9 o’clock at night and 8:00 in the morning, during the day you probably hear a normal noise. Due to the coronavirus, I have added extra steps to my cleaning routine, I will disinfect floors and surfaces and you will find a spray bottle with alcohol for you to use while in the room. Welcome to the Garden Bungalow!! The Garden Bungalow is tucked away in the back of my house, it has its own entrance and its perimeter is fenced for your privacy. I’m available whenever you need me , but if you don’t I will give you your privacy Parking on the street is available except for Fridays, there is street sweeping on both sides of the street. Let me know and I will save you a spot on my driveway. Parking can get a little busy sometimes but you will be able to find available parking most of the time within a one-minute walk of the studio. Downey is the birth place to the Apollo Space Program, and it is the hometown of Richard and Karen Carpenter. It is also the home to the oldest McDonald in the world. Sussie is a miniature Dachshund and she lives in the front house. She will be doing her job and you will hear her bark sometimes, :-)
