This beautiful home has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a large kitchen island. The main floor has an ideal open floor plan with the dining area seating 8 and 4 bar stools at the island. There is an off-leash dog park at Dawson Park close by! The driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available close by at the winery. Located on the prestigious Black Nugget Lane, this home is walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars winery and bike/walking trails and Suncadia Lodge.
