In winter we strongly recommend hot tub only, for energy conservation. 📹 Security Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded.. 🚫 No Commercial Activity No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property, keeping a residential atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. 📄 Liability Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises. 1. **No Party Policy**: - Absolutely NO parties allowed! No visitors without explicit written consent. 2. **No Smoking or Vaping Indoors**: - Smoking or vaping indoors, including the game room, is strictly prohibited. 3. **Quiet Hours and Outdoor Regulations**: - County of Orange enforces quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. NO outdoor music or activities after 10pm. Citations may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund. 4. **Parking Regulations**: - All vehicles must park on the driveway. 5. **Guest Registration Requirements**: - Registered guests must provide photo ID and two additional adult phone numbers prior to check-in. No visitors allowed without host approval. 6. **Pool Safety Measures**: - Keep the pool gate closed and latched at all times. DO NOT tamper with pool equipment. 7. **Energy Conservation**: - Please turn off AC/heating when not at the house. 8. **Toilet Usage Guidelines**: - ONLY toilet paper should be flushed down the toilets. Avoid flushing other items. 9. **Pet Policy**: - Pets must be approved in writing prior to check-in. Non-refundable pet fee of $300 required. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Guests are liable for all pet-related damages. 10. **House Rules Enforcement**: - Violations may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund. 11. **Issue Reporting**: - Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in for prompt resolution.
