Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bedford, this apartment offers a lively atmosphere near train tracks, while ensuring peaceful sleep with bedrooms located in a quiet rear area. Please note that the grand staircase may present challenges for those with mobility limitations or disabilities. Additionally, cable TV and air conditioning are not available. PARKING: In Halifax area, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available to us and to enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Kindly ensure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers. - The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 which will be valid until 11:00 am. - The guest will be notified before 11:00 am to extend parking. We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE: ● Salt and pepper ● 1 paper towel ● 2x toilet paper per bathroom ● 4 bath towels ● 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer) ● 2 tide pods (if unit has dishwasher) If you require more than we have provided you are required to purchase extras yourself Children are always welcome! However, there are no special amenities for children. No smoking in apt ($250); Lost keys ($100); Failing to recycle ($25) (Recycling guide will be posted in the apartment); Pet hair removal ($150); Party in apt ($250). Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a termination of the rental without a refund.
