The master bedroom and second bedroom are thoughtfully placed near the washroom at one end of the home, while the third bedroom is situated on the opposite side, adjacent to the inviting living room. The dining room features a table that comfortably accommodates four, perfect for sharing meals and creating cherished memories. The open-concept design seamlessly integrates the dining, kitchen, and living areas, creating an ideal space for entertaining friends and enjoying quality time with family. The kitchen boasts beautiful, brand new appliances and is fully stocked with a toaster, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso, and dishwasher, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. PARKING: In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers. - The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10, valid until 11:00 am. - The guest will be notified before 11:00 am to extend parking. We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE: ● Salt and pepper ● 2x toilet paper per bathroom ● 1 paper towel ● 6 bath towels ● 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer) ● 2 tide pods (if unit has dishwasher) If you require more than we have provided you are required to purchase extras yourself Children are always welcome! However, there are no special amenities for children. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a termination of the rental without a refund.
