The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to show your culinary skills, as well as Smart TV’s (living room and bedrooms), fast Internet connection, AC in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans, hair dryer, clothing steamer, efficient sound proofing, safety box, blackout curtains and, of course, linens so you don’t have to bring anything from home. The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras. . Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day: 2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day 3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$300.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client.
