With five bedrooms, a private pool, an upper balcony, Smart TVs throughout, and access to shared community amenities, this home offers plenty of space for families and groups. The beach is approximately half a mile away, and Millennium Beach Park is about a 15-minute walk from the property. The living room features comfortable seating, a mounted Smart TV, and a sofa bed, making it a convenient place to relax after a day at the beach or pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large center island with plenty of space for preparing meals and gathering together. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a game area with a Foosball table. The townhome includes five furnished bedrooms decorated in coastal colors. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Guests also have access to the shared Fortebello Beachside community pool, along with loungers, a pergola, a cabana area, walking paths, and a bass fishing pond. Location The property is approximately half a mile from the beach and about a 15-minute walk from Millennium Beach Park. Restaurants, shops, and water sports rentals are also nearby. Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry. Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay • Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated. • This is a multi-story unit with interior stairs. While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive. After your reservation is confirmed, the host will require you to complete a property damage protection selection. This will include choosing either a refundable security deposit (a credit card hold for incidentals, not charged unless necessary) or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee.
