This spacious 3,600-square-foot townhouse offers five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas, and plenty of room for families, sports teams, and groups traveling together. The home is just half a mile from the beach and includes access to the community pool, a private patio, an upper balcony, a game area with foosball, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for easy group meals. Inside, the open living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. The updated kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large center island, a coffee maker, a Keurig, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Sleeping arrangements include: • Primary bedroom: King bed and sleeper sofa • Bedroom 2: King bed and twin bed • Bedroom 3: King bed • Bedroom 4: King bed • Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds and a twin bed • Living room: Sleeper sofa Two bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment. • While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay • Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated. • This is a multi-story unit with interior stairs. We hope you have a wonderful stay! — Beachside Vacation Rentals - Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. - Be respectful of neighbors; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - No illegal activity or unauthorized commercial use of the property. - No sub-leasing; do not exceed the maximum occupancy without written approval. - Stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. - Check-in is 4:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. - The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. - Unauthorized events, parties, pets, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. - Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. - Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. - Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free; report any pest issues immediately. - Guests must cooperate with pest control efforts if needed. - Use of amenities (grills, bikes, beach gear, kayaks, pools, hot tubs, etc.) is at guest’s own risk. - Children must be supervised at all times near pools or water; approved flotation devices are required for kayaking/paddleboarding. - Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property or valuables. - Items left behind after checkout will be held for 30 days, then donated or discarded. - Guests are responsible for all damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, and unauthorized fees. - Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours and before checkout to be considered under any damage waiver. - Smoking, vaping, unauthorized pets, parties/events, or unreported damage are not covered by any damage waiver. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the Indian Harbour Beach and Melbourne area for evenings out. The USSSA Sports Facility and other regional attractions are a short drive away, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is approximately 20 minutes by car. After your reservation is confirmed, the host will require you to complete a property damage protection selection. This will include choosing either a refundable security deposit (a credit card hold for incidentals, not charged unless necessary) or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee.
